My incredible friend Mel gave me this recipe for sweet chilli dipping sauce. She is mum to three boys, runs a kindergarten that she has set up from scratch and still manages to be absolutely amazing in the kitchen. To say that I admire her endlessly is an understatement.

This sweet chilli dipping sauce goes really well with spring rolls, in the way that I mentioned here. But really, eat it with anything!
