This beef stew is a winner every winter. So warming and comforting and such a simple pleasure to indulge in! I’ve made this the first time when I was living in London over 10 years ago and it has made an appearance in my kitchen every autumn or winter since.
I don’t often cook jerusalem artichokes, put they always go into this stew when they are in season!
