Thanks to Nigella our salmon dinners have improved significantly! I used to simply pan fry salmon with a pinch of salt and a squeeze of lemon, but this soy sauce and mirin marinade makes it so very scrumptious.
We love this salmon together with steamed rice and asian greens.
