If Adam Liaw tells you how to cook something, you listen :). This is by far the tastiest way to prepare asian greens if you ask me. So tasty in fact that the first time I made it, I ate it all straight away and had to make another batch for dinner :).
We are loving these greens together with steamed rice and mirin glazed salmon.
