Making my own cheese isn’t high up on my list but this recipe for garlic labne was so simple I couldn’t resist. I found it tremendously satisfying to offer this to my guests as a condiment. It made me feel somewhat accomplished, haha. It’s really easy, a little messy and definitely delicious!
Make it extra special by serving it with homemade spelt soda bread.
