Steamed Fish Parcels recipe

This is a winner because you can literally have everything in your pantry! I used frozen fish in these steamed fish parcels and it worked a treat. We always have a range of antipasto jars at home, I find they are a fantastic standby and can help lift any dish.

Occasionally I use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic, then literally everything is out of the pantry and freezer, but it still feels like a fresh dish.

It’s such a good idea to have a few dinners up your sleeve where you can keep the ingredients at home at all times, and this one could be one of them if you like.
