I love Nigella’s take on this French classic. I make the red wine version a tad more often because hubby claims white wine is no good for him, but this is so wonderfully simple to throw together and such a great autumn/winter warmer that I just can’t help myself to put it on the menu occasionally. All in the name of variety of course ;).
