A good tuna salad makes every lunch complete! This one keeps so well, sometimes I make a batch and then keep it in the fridge for a couple of days to have as a little side salad with things.
Nigella uses borlotti beans in hers but I always have canned cannelini beans on hand so they are my go-to’s.
