I’ve had this recipe for ages and love it very much. It’s so unfussy and quick to throw together. Sometimes I forget how good it is and surprise myself when I make it again, haha. You can serve it with anything, even just some crusty bread.
The original recipe is from Donna Hay Magazine. She is such an inspiration for simple unfussy food. I can’t find this particular recipe online but have a look at her website for plenty more deliciousness.
