These lazy meatballs are a quick one pot weeknight dinner. Great as leftovers too, or prepared ahead and then re-heated.
You can use sausages and take the meat out of the casings. Or just chop the sausages into ‘meatballs before you toss them in the pan. Depending how lazy you want the lazy meatballs to be :). No judgement here! Just hold off on the extra salt and pepper if you use seasoned minced meat.
