This recipe is a comforting soup for autumn and winter weather, this spiced lentil soup was exactly what I craved. My husband is not big on legumes sadly, but I will continue to make this for myself :). I love the way the kale, lentils and tomatoes work together.
It will be much more soupy then in photo! It all depends how you ladle it into your bowl :).
