I’ve been making David Lebovitz‘ recipe for these spiced glazed nuts for years now and it’s always been a hit. The first time was at Christmas and I still remember how the bowl was empty in about 5 mins, haha. He has really hit the nail on the head with this mix and it’s become a dear staple in our house. I once tried to reduce the sugar amount but have learned the lesson quickly that it’s just perfect as it is, haha. Dumb idea!
I stick to my combination of cashews, almonds and hazelnuts here but you can choose whichever nuts are your favourites.
