Making soda bread is so homely and this wholesome version from Teresa Cutter was especially successful. I love the combination of spelt, flaxseed, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. You can taste the goodness in every bite! It’s a wonderful addition to my bread baking staples and really great served with homemade garlic labne!
