A beautiful bread recipe, pumpkin and fennel go so well together! It’s not my original recipe but I can’t find the original, I only have my scribbles.
You need two days to make this but because you don’t need to worry about any kneading, the steps in between the waiting time are quite simple. I’m not a seasoned bread baker so you can definitely give this a go if you’re a beginner. The cast iron dish with the lid is a must have though.
