These quesadillas are a life saver when you need to get dinner on the table quickly. I don’t use a fry pan anymore with this and just pop them onto the sandwich press. Works like a treat! If you don’t have a sandwich press I highly recommend you get one :). One of the things I haven’t grown up with but couldn’t imagine life without now.
This is also a great lunch option, you can take them to work uncooked and pop them on the sandwich press there! A staple in Australian offices anyway.
Nigella Lawson is one of my go-to’s, simply for the joy she brings into the kitchen and to any form of cooking. I just love how it draws you in and you end up wanting to spend all day in the kitchen pottering about.
