Since moving to Melbourne in 2008, I’ve learned pretty fast that it is un-Australian not to have a sausage roll recipe in your repertoire :). I’ve tried out this recipe and have been making it pretty much ever since. Since my son was diagnosed with an egg allergy I’ve replaced the egg with aquafaba which works beautifully and I also leave out the orange zest from the original version.
