Oh how I love this Honey and Cardamom Cheesecake!! So so good. The cardamom in it is sensational. And I usually HATE cheesecakes made from cream cheese. I’m a quark and baked cheesecake kinda girl. But Adam Liaw‘s recipe is simply delicious and it freezes really well which is great when you try to prepare ahead.
