A delicious winter favourite of mine!
I love cooking this for dinner guests or as a winter family treat. It’s warm and comforting. Preparing it takes a little time but is relatively fuss free. Traditionally I would serve it with mash, but when I don’t have enough time I boil potatoes and steam green beans with the steamer pan on the same pot as the potatoes.
