I have a thing for cheaper cuts of meat. It is beautiful to make the most of something that isn’t ‘the best’ but will turn into something glorious. Slow cooked meals in my much loved Le Creuset casserole dish are always on our autumn and winter menus, including these slow cooked beef ribs.
