Nigella's Healthy Granola recipe

Apparently Nigella caught a lot of flak for this healthy granola, but quite honestly I can’t understand why. What is wrong with people?

I love it for three reasons:

  1. It combines all my favourite nuts and seeds.
  2. Using maple syrup and olive oil is genius.
  3. It’s really simple to make.

All her books have a solid and much loved spot in my cookbook shelf! This recipe is from Simply Nigella.
