For a long time I’ve been looking for a creamy pasta dish that my husband would be able to eat and this absolutely hit the spot! If you can use dairy products, I’m sure a soft goats or feta cheese would also be really nice with this pasta.
This vegan cheese is so delicious! Unlike many others, it is not highly processed but fermented and tastes absolutely amazing.
The hazelnuts I use are from Hazelnut Valley. They are locally grown and I would argue by far the best you can find in Australia!
