These were some of the first bliss balls I ever made and I haven’t looked back. They. Are. So. Good!! A bit like a healthy version of Raffaello, which I used to love when I was younger and they were all the rage in Germany. Now I make these raw lemon truffles instead and find them just as satisfyingly decadent.
You can replace the agave syrup with brown rice syrup. The recipe is so old it’s from when agave syrup was hailed as the healthy sweetener of choice, hehe. Just goes to show that these things change all the time and you may as well choose what you prefer taste wise, not what someone tells you the healthy option is.
