I love making these raw breakfast bars and then having them on stand by as a good quick option. One of the bars, a banana and a coffee makes for a great start to the day!
This recipe is slightly adapted from one by Ilene Godofsky that I found on Mind Body Green about three years ago. Replacing the cocoa nibs with cocoa powder makes it overall chocolatey, rather than intense bursts. Sometimes I find cocoa nibs a little too bitter.
