Nutella has a dear place in my heart. It’s not something I buy often, maybe only a couple of times a year, but when I do I’m taken back to my childhood with slices of rye bread thickly spread with butter and chocolatey goodness. Yes there are delicious ‘healthier’ chocolate spreads out there and I have made a great raw version myself, but occasionally I love the signature taste of what only Nutella can deliver.
These cookies are super simple to whip up. The best excuse to buy a jar and then enjoy the rest on bread or by the spoonful ;).
This recipe is only slightly amended from Izy Hossack, who makes fabulous looking and joyful food! I can’t find it on her website so must have seen it on Instagram but these are similar.
