I don’t use a lot of ‘superfoods’ in my kitchen, but I have a soft spot for spirulina. When I lived in Sydney years ago, there were bliss balls with spirulina that I loved. You can’t get them anymore, the brand has moved on to other flavours, but I still distinctly remember them and how they made me feel like I was doing something good for myself.
Now I create a little green boost for myself with these honey and cashew spirulina balls.
