This green soup is so good because it couldn’t be any simpler! 5 ingredients, which you literally just throw in the pot and then blend. Weeknight dinner in an instant. I serve the cream separately. It’s a great vegan dinner option without it, especially if you have dairy intolerant mouths to feed.
