I’m fairly certain I got the recipe for this nut and seed loaf from my Dad’s wife, she was the one who gave it to me to taste in any case. But a little research online makes me think this is My New Roots’ life changing loaf of bread. So credit where credit is due :).
The only difference seems to be in the oil, my recipe called for 3 tsp and My New Roots’ recipe says 3 tbs melted coconut oil. I wonder if this simply got lost in translation. I’ll try the coconut oil version next time!
