Adam Liaw’s beautiful recipe for spaghetti with zucchini and spinach is brilliant in it’s simplicity! Don’t feel you need to use wholewheat spaghetti with this. Adam doesn’t! I probably just thought I need to feed my family more wholewheat. But who am I kidding, plain pasta is way nicer. Just ask the toddler.
