Delicious roasted capsicum and tomato sauce for any pasta. It’s very handy that it sneaks another vegetable in for the kids :). My toddler ate is blissfully unaware that there was more than tomato in the sauce. I find it needs the feta and maybe even a handful of kalamata olives as the roasted sauce is quite sweet in taste.
