Nutmilk recipe

Delicious and fuss free nutmilk. So much better than store bought! You can leave out the dates or use other sweetener you prefer. I recommend using both a (natural) sweetener and a pinch of salt as it makes it a lot more like milk which also contains sugar (lactose) and salt/sodium. Otherwise it can taste a bit bland, well like nuts and water I suppose. The leftover pulp can be dried and used in bliss balls.
